Detecting SPAM comments

Tired of getting notification of SPAM comments on your blog? Tired of reviewing it, wether it’s really SPAM or NOT?

Well, welcome to the Club. We, bloggers or generally internet user are simply vulnerable from SPAM, even with all those prevention, still your SPAM box will grow :-P

Just a minute ago, I got a notification about 1 SPAM comment, yeah luckily just one that slip out from Akismet blacklist. The commentator use gmail email address, clever! and the comment is not ads or craps

So how do you detect it?

Here is the simple way, just open this email checker, then put the email address on the edit box, then click “Email Lookup”. If the email is found, it might be a real person, not a SPAM. But if nothing found, the commentator is just crap
